Send a short application. The founder reviews it personally and replies within 24 hours. On approval you get your unique code and a dashboard that tracks your referrals and payouts.
2. Share your code
Share it wherever real estate agents already follow you: Instagram, your email list, your podcast, team trainings, or groups. The code is your gift to your audience, about $117 off, and every signup that uses it is credited to you automatically. Attribution is code-based, so there are no expiring cookie windows. Earn 30% of every payment your referrals make for their first 12 months. You are paid via Wise after a 30-day clearing hold, and you withdraw your balance from your dashboard whenever you like.

How much do I earn per referral?
You earn 30% of every payment a referred real estate agent makes for their first 12 months. On the Essentials plan that is about $670 over their first year, including their three discounted months. On Growth it is about $1,110.
Is it really a flat 30%?
Yes. A flat 30%, with no tiers, no caps, and none of the "up to" hedging. The same rate applies to every referral and whichever plan they choose.
How long do I keep earning on a referral?
Twelve months from that real estate agent's first successful payment. You earn 30% of every weekly payment they make across that first year.
How and when am I paid?
Commissions are paid via Wise. Each one clears after a 30-day hold, and you withdraw your cleared balance from your partner dashboard whenever you like.
How are my referrals tracked?
With a unique promo code you share. Every real estate agent who enters it at checkout is credited to you automatically. Because attribution is code-based, there is no cookie window to expire.

Does it cost anything, and do I have to be a customer?
No on both counts. Joining is free, there are no minimums, and you do not need to be an AutoListing customer to become a partner.
What tax forms do I need?
Before your first payout you complete a short W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US) form right in your dashboard. It takes a couple of minutes and your details are stored securely.
